Meet The Chef
It all started with Food Network.
When I was eleven years old, while other kids were watching cartoons, I rushed home to the spunky sounds of 30 Minute Meals by Rachel Ray, the southern flare of Paula Dean, and to learn the coolest grilling techniques from Bobby Flay. From there, I became open to the idea of being a chef and set my sights on learning to become one. As a teen, I started played with new seasonings and flavors while helping my mom in the kitchen for dinner or special holidays. By the time I graduated high school, I had figured out the path to getting into the culinary industry. Fast forward a few years later, I attended Culinary School at L'Ecole Culinaire, graduating with a degree in Culinary Arts. My journey continued after I started my first business: BreEats Catering. I now have a successful Personal Chef business that caters to Memphis and surrounding areas.
